Spring/Summer Field Trips
Field Trip Includes:
Hayride, Seasonal Crop Picking, and Information
al Talk (Minimum of 20 Students)

Students will be taken on a hayride through our farm fields or orchards and learn about our farm and crops from Farmer Scott.  Your group will be able hand pick a crop to take home. (If no crop is available,  a vegetable or flower plant will be potted).
Since all crops and farm activities are dependent of weather, Simmons Farm will determine what crops are available for picking.

Bring a snack or lunch to eat at our pavilion, play in the Activities Area, and visit our Petting Zoo before leaving.

All the above activities and hayride are dependent on the weather and can be cancelled due to unsafe conditions. The wagon for the hayride can be covered during light rain. Remember this is a farm, so dress accordingly!
