It is extremely wet this season please stay as close to the pull of point as possible without blocking Simmons Farm access.
All hunters are required to have the proper state requirements. Simmons Farm is not responsible for checking that hunters have their up to date permits and licenses and assume they have to proper knowledge and safety skills required to hunt in PA. Simmons Farm Inc and the owners of Simmons Farm Inc or rented land owners are not responsible injury or death of anyone hunting or persons accompanying the hunter. We are also not responsible for damage to any hunters property while on our property or rented property. If any owner of the property, including rented ask you to leave at any point you must comply immediately. Out of respect for the privacy of property owners we rent from no photos or video is permitted to be shared of any Simmons owned or rented property. Anyone hunting without a displayed permit will be considered trespassing. The permit and maps can be found below. Please be safe and have fun.
